so, i've been the baker at the pulse cafe in somerville, massachusetts for a month or two now! it's been so fun! and i'm talking with another well known, amazing vegan baker in the greater boston area about opening up a "real" bakery here! it's really exciting, we'll see what happens! either way, please come to pulse and eat good vegan (all vegan) food! the restaurant is sadly closing down in a little over two weeks! :( come come come! after that, you can buy all your delicious vegan treats at peace 'o pie in allston. yum yum.
Have you opened the shop already? Where in Boston did you put up shop? They look so delicious in the pictures, especially the first one. What do you call that chocolate-looking bread?
